Refunds

Requests

You can request a product return within 30 days after placing your order.

To be eligible for a return, your purchase must be in new condition, with no signs of wear or use, with all factory tags and decals, and in its original packaging. You will also need the order number. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To initiate a return, contact us at orders@stangerprofessional.com with your name, order number, and the item you wish to return.

Return Authorizations

If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We will not accept returns without a return authorization.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new one.

Refunds

We will notify you of our approval or denial once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, we will refund your product purchase but not our shipping and handling to the original payment method within three business days. Your financial institution may take several days to post your refund.
